As we know “TIME is BRAIN” so early recognition of stroke is vital so BE FAST!
Thrombolysis is available 24/7 at CRH – Clear onset <4.5hrs
Extended Thrombolysis is available Mon-Fri 08-16:30 at CRH (BH’s excluded) – Onset <9hrs
(Extended Throbloysis ONLY – if wakes with symptoms mid-point of sleep is taken as onset time)
